Check in

QIs it possible to check in before 15:00?

APlease check below.
Early-check in
Available from 9:00,
You can leave your luggage too.
but please note you can only enter your room after 15:00.

Once you check-in, there's no curfew,
please enjoy the most of your time here.

 

 

QIs it possible to check-in after 18:00?

APlease check below.
Late-check in
If you're arriving later than 18:00,
please kindly let us know in advance by e-mail or phone.
we will send you pin numbers for self-check in.

 

 

Luggage


QIs there Luggage keep service?

AYes, you can leave your luggage before check-in
and after check-in for free. (9:00-18:00)
Please ask at reception.
Please note we can't keep any valuables and dangerous items.

 

 

QCan i send my luggage to my next hotel or other place?

AYes, with a delivery charge.
Please ask at reception 1 day prior to the day you'd like to send out.
Please note we can't send any valuables and dangerous items.

 

 

QCan i send my luggage to you before check-in?

AYes, we will receive & keep your luggage.
and check-in date on the waybill.
Please also send us the arrival date of the luggage by e-mail too.

Service / Facility

QIs the hotel Non-smoking?

AYes. No smoking is allowed inside our building.
if you'd like to smoke, please go the smoking area outside.

 

 

QIs there a restaurant in the hotel?

A No, we don't have restaurant inside.
there are some good restaurant and good local food shops nearby,
Please feel free to enjoy cooking and eating at our Shared kitchen&Lounge.

 

 

QIs there a bar in the hotel?

AYes, we have Sake bar at 1st floor.
Please try and enjoy Sake specially from Takashima-city, Shiga prefacture.
we have beer etc too, please have a look.
you can also enjoy the drink you bought in your room.

 

 

QDo you have a car park ?

AWe do not have a dedicated parking area.
Please use coin-operated car park nearby.

 

 

QDo you have Curfew?

ANo we don't, but the front door will be locked at night time for security reason.
But once you check-in, we will give you pin numbers to the front door, so you can go in & out freely.

 

 

QIf i stay 2 or more nights, is there room cleaning serviece every day?

AAs we have eco-friendly policy,
we only do room clearning on request bases.
Please ask directly to our staff, or fill in a request sheet
and leave it in a message box on the reception every morning.

 

 

QIs there a bathroom in each room?

AAll of our room are with a bath and a toilet.
If you'd like to have spacious bathroom,
please choose Twin room or DX double room or Family room.

 

Payment - Acommodation tax

QWhat is the acommodation tax and how do I pay for it ?

A Started from October 2018, visitors who stays overnight at any acommodation facility
in Kyoto city will be charged Acommodation tax.
It is not included hotel charge you paid online, please kindly pay at the reception.
the tax is charged per person per night.

Acommodation charge per person per night / Tax amount

Under 20,000 JPY             /  200 JPY
20,000 JPY to 49,999 JPY  /  500 JPY
50,000 JPY and over         /  1000 JPY
